As part of the 7000-hectare, malaria-free Amakhala Game Reserve, Hlosi provides a rich, informative experience for adults and children alike, as we share our enthusiasm for conservation, for food, for life.

Renowned for the creation of fine, intimate guest experiences, the Hlosi team brings you a place of restful intimacy in the Eastern Cape Bush. Sleeping a maximum of 12 adults, Hlosi may also be booked exclusively as a private venue for small team-building, conferencing and wedding functions.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Includes: accommodation, all meals, teas/coffees, snacks, 2 daily safaris and guided walks, SAFARI KIDS for children.
Excludes: All drinks, curio purchases, laundry, Telephone calls and other personal expenses ,transfers and gratuities.
Tourism levy: No levies are charged at present.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children are welcome at Hlosi Game Lodge.
3. Children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
4. Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R900.00 per night per person.
5. Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Hlosi Game Lodge reserves the right to limit the number of reduced rate requests as may apply to drivers, pilots, and guides.

Hlosi Game Lodge reserves it right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to have remove, any guest’s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

1. A 50 % non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival is a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is a 50% cancellation fee.
