Should the VAT be increased, the hotel reserves the right to increase the accommodation rate.

Booking Procedures:

Reservations can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail, and mail. All reservations require a deposit equal to the value of or 50% of the total stay, whichever is the greater amount (B&B) within seven (7) working days of making the reservation. Full pre-payment is required for bookings to the value of 1 nights stay or less.

Written confirmation will only be provided once deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

* 100% Refund: Bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival
* 50% Refund: Bookings cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival
* 25% Refund: Bookings cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival
* 0% Refund: Bookings cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival

Any reduction in the length of stay will result in cancellation fees being applicable. Other ammendments to your reservation are subject to availability.
