Excludes: All drinks, laundry, Telephone calls, transfers, gratuities and any other items of a personal nature.
Tourism levy: No levies are charged at present

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*  All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
*  Children are welcome at Ibhayi Guest Lodge.
*  Children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
*  Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
*  Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R500.00 per night per person.

Ibhayi Guest Lodge reserves it right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to have remove, any guest’s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

1. 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival 50 % cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival 100 % cancellation fee.
