Establishment description: Little Bush Private Lodge is situated in kampersrus, a small community in the Hoedspruit area, at the foot of the majestic Drakensberg. Little Bush boasts two dry waterbeds, an always-full dam and three hectares of indigenous fauna and flora, large stretches of green lawn, a swimming pool and trampoline. Little Bush offers three individually designed and fully equipped thatched chalets: Woodland Kingfisher, Giant Kingfisher and Pied Kingfisher. Relax on your private patio enjoying the magnificent views and sightings of Cape Red Duiker, Grey Duiker, Bushbuck, Porcupine, Warthogs as well as five species of the seven known Kingfishers. Join us for dinner in our boma for authentic bushveld cuisine where Susan, Stephan, Hilde, Karien and Johan will be your hosts and, with the well known Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre and Mountain View nearby, you are entertained by the "African chorus": sound of lion, hyena and owls, promising an unforgettable experience in the bush. Rooms description: The chalets are fully equipped, self-catering thatched chalets built in true African style, natural rock on the outside, with a rough plastered finish on the inside. Each chalet has a number of bedrooms, ideal for family accommodation. Woodland Kingfisher in good old bushveld tradition the private ablution facilities are situated outside. The lady's bathroom boasts a shower and African rock bath. The men's boasts a large shower. All the rooms in Giant Kingfisher and Pied Kingfisher are en-suite. Room facilities:

Meals description: Breakfast: We serve a delicious Full English Breakfast. Buffet with freshly squeezed fruit juice, fresh fruits, cereal, cold meats and cheeses, followed by a hot breakfast accompanied by scones, muffins and toast with locally made preserve. Lunch: Choose a picnic from our menu to enjoy lunch on our beautiful grounds, lazing in the sun while enjoying sightings of wildlife. Dinner: Dinner is a must consisting of a full 3 course buffet in the boma. Starters, salads, main course followed by dessert.
