Tarragona Lodge

Tarragona Lodge has 10 luxurious 4-star en-suite rooms with amazing panoramic mountain views. Each spacious room incorporates a lounge area and balconies overlooking the lush garden, pool and entertainment area.

Each room is fully equipped with telephone, hair driers, LCD screens satellite TV, tea tray and built-in safe. The luxurious modern en-suite bathrooms have both a shower and a bath and robes are provided.

Conferencing facilities are also available.

Children are allowed at Tarragona Lodge and the Disa and King Protea Rooms are recommended.

Cots are available for infants, please request when making the reservation.

Third adult sharing is permitted in the Disa and King Protea rooms.

Breakfast is served in the double volume dining room with magnificent views over the Hout Bay valley. Choose from the wholesome buffet loaded for all tastes and nationalities and order your choice of English breakfasts prepared in our own kitchen.

Should you require a picnic hamper to enjoy in the garden or take with you, let us know the day before and our staff will gladly oblige.

Lunch and dinner can be served by prior arrangement.

Wonderful selections of local restaurants are also close at hand for evening meals and lunches.

Complimentary tea and coffee is also available throughout the day in our upstairs lounge.

Lounges:
One can enjoy a quiet moment in one of our two elegantly appointed lounges; warm up in front of our lavish fireplaces on a chilly winter’s day.

Swimming Pool:
Tarragona Lodge has two swimming pools, the one flowing into the other. The smaller of the two is situated above the larger pool and is heated in the summer, it is 3 meters x 3 meters and 1.3 in depth, the larger one is 8m x 7m and 1.6 in depth.

The pools are set midst rolling lawns and mature shady trees. All the depth/markings signs are placed around the pool.

Gardens:
Tarragona Lodge has extensive indigenous gardens with rolling lawns. Seating areas are provided close to the pool and on the front patio. Secure parking is provided for 23 vehicles (3 of them undercover) 24 hours security is provided.

Cocktail Bar:
At sundown meet with friends at Mulligans, our luxurious cocktail bar, and watch the sun kiss the Constantiaberg mountains goodnight. The bar is fully licensed and contains a wide variety of spirits, red & white wines, beers, liqueurs and soft drinks.

Conferencing:
The conference venue is fully air conditioned and designed to ensue maximum communication in a quiet and relaxed environment.

It is able to accommodate:

1. 20 delegates ‘U’ Style
2. 20 delegates Boardroom style
3. 20 delegates school room style
4. 30 delegates Cinema style

Internet facilities are available for all delegates and their secretarial staff.
